What you can expect to happen

Defendants appear before County Judges or Magistrates at the preliminary arraignment at which time the defendant is notified of the charges and the bail amount. You can secure bail immediately, but some Pennsylvania counties restrict posting times. A guarantor, like us, accepts responsibility that defendants will appear for their court dates. If they don't, the court can hold the guarantor financially liable.

Our role in this process

After your defendant's arrest and booking, we post bail at the relevant detention facility. The accused is released and learns the location and date of their court obligation. We can complete the entire bail bond process in only 1-2 hours. You will be charged a state-regulated fee. For collateral-only bail, contact the Court of Common Pleas for more information.

If you had lots of extra money just laying around, you wouldn't need to call us. That's why we offer bail funding without collateral.

We've done this for over 14 years. Call for expert answers to bail questions.
